Referrals, Insurance and Authorization Information

Seattle Neuroscience Institute is a private neurosurgical practice focusing on brain and spine surgeries.

Provider Offices: Please send referrals to Dr. Newell via fax: 866-282-9644.

Insurance and Authorizations: Our practice is in-network and contracted with Premera, Regence, Medicare, L&I and Tricare.

We also accept patients who are with other private commercial insurers (out-of-network). For these cases, please obtain a referral and an authorization from the patient’s insurance provider.
